However, if you insist on canceling your booking after confirmation, the payment will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover the committed time and resources. My satisfaction guarantee focuses on the photoshoot experience itself, and while I aim to be flexible with rescheduling, cancellations after confirmation are subject to this policy.
