The Photoshoot Session
Booking Your Session
If you’re interested in booking a session, you can find all my services listed on the Sessions page. You can also schedule a free consultation with me to chat about your ideas first.
The Agreement
Our journey together officially begins once you complete the booking and make a payment. This creates an agreement where you’re asking me to provide a photography service based on the details we’ve discussed or the package you selected.
Pricing
Unless we agree on something different, the price for your session is based on the price list you see on my website.
My Creative Process
During your photoshoot and afterward, I’ll always do my best to capture and edit your photos so they look their absolute best. If any unexpected details come up that might change the original plan, I’ll let you know ahead of time. If you don’t agree to a price adjustment for those changes, I’ll simply complete the work as we originally agreed upon, and you’ll only be charged the original price.
Your Cooperation
Our collaboration works best when we’re both on the same page. I trust that you’ll follow the simple steps we agree on – like being on time or having any necessary items ready for the photoshoot. If you provide any products or materials for the shoot, you’re responsible for making sure they’re in perfect condition.

If you just need some advice or want to make sure we’re a good fit, you can book a free 30-minute consultation. Simply fill out the web form on the Consultation page or email me at [email protected]. All consultations take place online via Google Meet.
Online Courses, Guides & Other Products
Product Description
All my online courses, guides, and products are described in detail on my website. You’ll find information about their main features, who they are for, what you can expect, and their price on the relevant page.
How to Order
You can place an order by filling out the sales or order form on my website. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete.
Delivery
Once your payment is received, I’ll email you a download link or access details for your digital product. I’ll send this to the email address you provided in the order form. You can expect to receive it immediately after payment, but no later than 5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Copyright
All my products, including online courses, guides, and other materials, are protected by copyright law. Please remember that it’s against the law to share, distribute, or provide these to any third parties without my written consent.
Withdrawal from the Contract
Since these are digital products, delivered to you instantly and used for your personal needs, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract once the product has been delivered. This is a common practice for digital content and ensures the integrity of the product and its content.
Payment Terms
You can find the current prices and rates for all my services on their respective pages. To secure your booking, I’ll send you a deposit invoice. Please note that I can’t begin work or reserve your date until this payment is made. If the payment is late, it will also postpone our agreed-upon date.
Once your payment is made, I will automatically send you a tax document. As a sole proprietor, I am not a VAT payer, and the prices listed are final. You will receive this document at the email address you provided.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Because all my photos are a custom creation tailored specifically for you, it’s not possible to cancel the booking for a full refund once our agreement is in place.
However, I want to be fair. If we decide during the planning process that we’re not the right fit, we can part ways, and I’ll refund all paid funds within 10 business days.
If you need to cancel or can’t make it to the photoshoot for any reason, please let me know right away. We’ll find an alternative solution or a new date that works for both of us. If we can’t find a new date and you insist on canceling after confirmation, the payment will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover the committed time and resources.
Please note that this policy is separate from my satisfaction guarantee, which focuses on the photoshoot experience itself and not on booking cancellations.
Copyright and Usage
When you pay for your photos in full, you receive a license (permission) to use them. This license allows you to use the photos for all personal purposes, forever. I will not claim any additional payment from you for this license.
As the creator, I still own the copyright to the photos and have the right to use selected images for promoting my work, such as in my portfolio, on social media, or in my blog. I will only do so if the nature of the photoshoot allows for it.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Capturing your precious moments should be a joyful and fulfilling experience, and your comfort during the photoshoot is my top priority. My goal is to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, ensuring you feel at ease and valued during our time together. That’s why I’ve introduced this satisfaction guarantee, focused on your photoshoot experience itself.
How Does It Work?
- Book your session – Choose the photography service that best suits your needs and book your session with me. I’ll discuss your requirements and what you envision for your photos.
- Experience your session – Relax and engage in your photoshoot. I’ll do my best to make you feel comfortable and guide you to capture beautiful moments.
- Contact me immediately – If, for any reason, you are significantly unhappy with the photoshoot experience itself, you must contact me within 24 hours of the session ending at [email protected] to explain your concerns.
- My commitment – If you contact me within the 24-hour timeframe regarding genuine dissatisfaction with the photoshoot experience, and subsequently, you do not receive any photos from the session, I will promptly process a full refund of your photoshoot fee.
Important Considerations

- This guarantee specifically addresses your satisfaction with the photoshoot itself, such as my conduct, professionalism, and ability to create a comfortable environment.
- To be eligible for a potential refund under this guarantee, you must contact me within 24 hours of the photoshoot’s completion. Feedback received after this timeframe will be considered for improving future sessions but will not qualify for a refund under this policy.
- A refund under this policy will only be considered if you have contacted me within the 24-hour window regarding dissatisfaction with the photoshoot experience and you have not received any final edited photos from the session. Once final edited photos are delivered, this specific photoshoot satisfaction guarantee no longer applies, as the focus shifts to the quality of the final product (which is not covered by this specific clause).
- This guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction with the artistic style or post-processing of the final photos. My portfolio and prior discussions should give you a clear understanding of my artistic approach.
- My ability to provide a positive photoshoot experience relies on your cooperation and participation.
- Open communication during the session is encouraged to address any immediate concerns.
I want your experience with my photography to be positive from the very beginning. This photoshoot satisfaction guarantee is my way of ensuring you feel confident and comfortable during your time with me.
